Now approaching our eighth consecutive season of field research, the University of Hawai'i at Manoa's Rapa Nui (Easter Island) archaeological field school offers participants a world-class experience. Taking place in the farthest reaches of Polynesia and with local collaborators, our goal is to educate students in a comprehensive range of archaeological field methods while participating in our continuing research to advance scientific knowledge of Rapa Nui's prehistory.
