	PACIFIC PREHISTORY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI'I
PACIFIC PREHISTORY HOME RAPA NUI SUMMER FIELD SCHOOL 2004 Ethan E. Cochrane Field School Instructor Dr. Terry Hunt, Project Director	Next University of Hawai`i Archaeological Field School in Fiji planned for Summer 2006
	The University of Hawai`i Archaeological Field School in Fiji will not be offered summer 2005. We are planning for a summer 2006 field school in association with the Institute of Archaeology at University College Lodon
		In 2006 students will work on the beautiful island of Nacula and stay in a simple eco-tourist resort. We will continue our research on colonization and early Fijian lifeways building upon the field schools and research conducted over the last several seasons. Students can expect to learn survey, excavation, mapping and field laboratory techniques.
